Try the main riff for Can't stop by RHCP.

Fairly easy and everyone recognizes it, but there are a lot of variations throughout so you should probably ignore those until you become more confident.

Aeroplane is fairly tricky for a beginner as you need to focus on slapping notes after each popped note. It took me ages to be able to train my hand to not focus on the popped notes only.

If you want to be able to play something easily Can't stop is good, there is quite a long time between the slaps and pops so it is easier to get your head round and get your technique right.

Aeroplane is good for learning to work your thumb and fingers separately.

Yeah, actually i'm fast but not precise and also i can slap and pop fast but can't press any frets meanwhile, or one thing or another , unless i were squint

If you're into RHCP, then try Higher Ground. It is probably one of the easiest songs to play when learning how to slap.

Like the way I Do by Melissa Etheridge is fairly simple too.

I agree with Hellbastard, the chili peppers version of Higher Ground would definitely be my recommendation for a first pop n slap line to try

Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin) - Sly and the Family Stone

You won't need a tab, it's the same lick over and over again.

I'd recommend you just go out and pick up a slap book, work your way through it.

I'd recommend Berklee's Slap Bass Lessons, or Slap It!
