5 String Bass Songs

Hey Guys, Does anybody know of any Classic Rock, Rock 5 string bass songs.. All of the stuff I have is 4 string.. looking for some ideas for 5er's ..

Mudvayne, Static X, Staind, 311, some Phish songs...thats all i can think of off the top of my head. I don't of any classic rock bands that use 5 strings. I'm sure they're out there though. Keep digging

Thanks for your help.. When your NOT looking for them there all over the place but when Ya need some Ya cant find any.. LOL

I don't really know about any but the B string will help if you don't want to detune your bass, and there are loads of Drop-D classic rock songs. Try "Another Brick in the Wall, Part 2" by Pink Floyd for example.

Yea, Thanks I didn't really think of doing that, I guess I was just looking for standard BEADG stuff, but that will work too..
