Acoustic Bass... Best for Last?

I recently bought an acoustic bass and I would love to learn the song, Best For Last, by Adele. It's almost entirely on an acoustic bass and although I think she's playing chords it seems easy enough for a greenhorn like myself, yet I have no idea what she's playing. Google has zero results for it either. Could someone please help by posting the music or tab? It would be so sincerely appreciated. it looks like she is just going through variations of this.
it starts:
verse:
G-------------------------------------(thinnest string)
D----4----5----4----2-0-------------repeat. also note the quick change
A----5----7----5----3-2-------------for the last 2 chords
E------------------------------------- (thickest string)

shes just doing this in different rhythms. most of it is her playing each chord 3 times each and alternate finger picking it.



i saw her on carson daly the other night and it was amazing. it was just her and a guy on piano.
