Anyone here fancy a video tab challenge?

Could someone tab the video clip above for me of Stu Hamm playing, preferably with some notes on the techniques used? He appears to pluck the strings quite high on the fretboard, then switch to slap bass.
Also, does anyone know where this solo piece comes from? The title on YouTube doens't give a songname.
Thanks in advance!

When he is playing high on the strings, I am pretty sure he isn't plucking them, he is two-hand tapping.

Also, many thanks for posting this video. I love this performance, its awesome. I have been looking for it for quite some time, it was posted a while back and I haven't found it since them.

I might be able to tab out parts of this for you, because I am going to try and figure out parts of this tomorrow. I really like the classical song he played (the name escapes me), I would love to learn that though.

It's from Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 14 in C# Minor.(Moonlight Sonata)
