I can give 10 dollar each for the songs you would transcribe for the original songs in the bands i am playing,i will just give you guys easy ones not hard funky or progressive songs just simple rock songs and only the bass parts, due to my business i cant doing everything myself, i can send the money the way you guys prefer it doesn't really matter

Over here in the UK, the hourly going rate for that sort of transcription work would be around £25 ($40). That might give you some sort of guidance on what to offer.
