Anyone wanna help me out?

I've figured out the first chord is an Fmin7 w/ the 5 (1/5/b7/b10) but I haven't gotten anything past that.

I only really need the chords and from there I can figure out the plucking.

Dina Lam starts at 0:59 but I'd be happy if anybody could just help me out with the 2 chords that start at 2:47. I'm pretty sure it's based around E.

Anyone?
