It's just a chord chart, and I haven't played it to see if it sounds right, but you might find:

useful. No substitute for lots of listening and experimenting to get the right vibe though.

As CS Bass said, you're unlikely to find tab, and even if you did, it would be based on a particular performance and thus depend on the rest of the group also playing like the other musicians on that performance. Jazz ain't painting by numbers so listen, listen and listen!
