OK, I remember this from your
other thread... the outro riff we came up with last time still sounds right to me, and sometimes it's played an octave down (e.g., @ 4:26).
On the chorus, there are those slides in there you're missing. It almost sounds like the bass doesn't play on the downbeat of the G chord, but it doesn't hurt to have it in there. Try this for the first two chords in the chorus pattern:
