Good Times, BAD TIMES!!

Can anyone out there point me in the direction of a BASIC bass tab for "Good Times, Bad times". I'm having a tough time with the tab that I found on the web and can't find any other sites that have a different version. Thanks!

Thanks DeanT. Sorry I wasn't more clear. This is the one I have. It seems to be the only one out there. I found it on Ultimate Guitar. Thanks again, I'll keep trying to learn it.
