It's actually a small rubber raft (hike in 2 miles) ...but good eye! That was the nicest bass I caught this past season - about 4 lbs (we don't grow bass too big up here in western wa, so I was pretty happy with that guy  )I caught him on a worm - I don't recall if it was red or black rubber, or a live crawler  -either way, no weight & rigged weedless. UL rod - 6 lb test. That's my favorite rig for up here in these parts. |

If i ever get as good on the bass as i am a bass fisherman i will be very happy. Bass has never yet come easy as bass fishin...the theory of bass fishin is so much easy then bass music theory.I also made good money fishin but never a dime playin my bass  |

Nightcrawlers are fine and all but give me that top water strike anyday. Its even more of a thrill when you are fishing at night and don't see it coming. Bring extra pants.
