If you haven't answered your own query already... the 'horizontal' lines represent the strings; typically, reading from top to bottom, 'G','D','A','E'.
The numbers indicate which frets to play on the designated string/s. The closer together the numbers are, the shorter the duration of the note.

BTW: Highly recommend learning to read musical notation as-well. Use the 'tab' music as a supplement or occasional alternative... tabbed music is only as accurate as the person that wrote it. |
