I know there's a transcription of this on the Incognito website (http://incognito.org.uk), but their site's been down for the past few days, so I can't reach it. If anyone here has a copy of this on their computer, I would appreciate it if you could either e-mail it to me or upload it somewhere.

It's actually in the tab archive here on TalkBass. It's (fairly) accurate at least as far as the introduction goes. I never bothered with it any farther than that, though.
