I'm guessing that a band with a name like "Snot" is most likely one of those bands that has at most 3 chords per song and a tuner is no where to be found. I would further guess that if you sat down and spent some time with it, you'd be able to work these out by ear with relative ease.
..or you could go ask the DB list for the TaBz.

But seriously folks Snot is a pretty good band and you should be able to find there tabs pretty easily.
