Moe.---Rebubula

Anyone who's heard the song "Rebubula" by the band Moe knows it's filled with tastey basslines (besides just being one helluva song in general). Can anyone help me out with this?
I'm just looking for the slap/pop line that comes in at around 1:30, and that thing he does at 9:18, it's hard to figure out what he's doing there. I got the rest of the song down, but those 2 parts are giving me problems.

Hey man, this is a long time coming maybe, but the slap part is simply climbing up the d scale with some hammer ons. He throws some pops in on the octaves here and there too. Hope this sort of helps.
