Need help with tabs

Hiya!
I`m just as new here as I am to playing the Bass Guitar and all I really want is to be able to read and understand tabs... and play them of course :) but I really have no clue of how to do this and I am sure you guys can help me out. I am sure this question have been asked before here and I've looked around a little but to be honest I am too lazy to do more searching. Umm anyway if someone could just explain in a very very simple way what everything means and so I'd be very grateful.

Uh, I also dont know anything about notes and stuff so dont bother mentioning those 8o)
