I dont know where to find a tab but it's an easy song to figure out by ear (key of E minor i think)

Strangedesign.org has just about every bit of Phish tablature there is.

I could not find notation for Chalkdust Torture either - for the chorus, I like to arpeggiate the chords Trey is playing, and for the verses... well, like the poster above me said, it's in E minor; just get the hang of Mike's groove and you'll be all right.

I know this isn't entirely what you want, but here's the chord progressions. At least on the studio recording on A Picture of Nectar, Mike plays pretty basic. Just a few improved ditties here and there. Except under the solo, I think he gets a bit more silly there, but just follow the progressions and remember that the song is in E minor and you'll be good to go.

Verse:

E A :|

I think Mike likes to hang on the A over the E chords under the vocals; it creates some nice tension, I think.

Chorus:

G A G E G A G A G A G

and then back into verse riff for "Can I Live While I'm Young!"

E A :|

These go back and forth until the guitar solo, where the verse progression E A is repeated underneath.

Then, at the wind-down (or whatever you want to call it) at the end of the guitar solo, Trey plays a sweet phrase three times, and then Mike matches up with him for a fourth, slightly different version of that phrase. Here's the guitar tab for the whole section (again, Mike plays the same thing the fourth time around.):

Code:
LEAD-IN Riff 1 (repeat 4 times, last time to end riff)
  E|---------|-------------------------|--------------------------|
  B|---------|-------------------------|--------------------------|
  G|---12----|12-13--------------------|----------14--------14-15-|
  D|------14-|------14-12--------14----|11-----------10-----------|
  A|---------|----------------14-------|--------------------------|
  E|---------|-------------------------|--------------------------|

    1.,2.,& 3.
  E|------------------------|------------------------|
  B|12-15-12----------------|------------------------|
  G|---------15-14-12-------|------------------12----|
  D|------------------------|---------14----------14-|
  A|------------------14-13-|12----------------------|
  E|------------------------|---15-12----------------|

    4.
  E|------------------------|------------------------|
  B|12-15-12----------------|------------------------|
  G|---------15-14-12-------|------------------------|
  D|------------------14-13-|12-------------12----14-|
  A|------------------------|---14-13-12-------------|
  E|------------------------|------------15----15----|
It's a fun riff to play. It'll take some work and quick fingers to plays the 12-15-12 bit in the third measure on the G string, though.

As far as the outro goes, I'm not sure. I believe Trey is just doing the guitar solo lead-in bit, and slowly climbing up chromatically. Mike comes in at one point with what I think is an open A (?), and then climbs chromatically up to some resoluting note. Just listen to the recording a few times and I think you'll get the hang of his rhythm.

NOTE: The tab section was taken from this tab.

Wow, just read you're profile and you're a Mainer! Nice, I grew up in Waldorobo, and went to college at USM. Where abouts are you?! Did you get to see any of the Limestone Phish shows?
