Is it really Just E & A, with a G thrown in in the chorus?
Is it slapped?
I need to learn it for my new band.

You can have alot of fun with this song.

Just learn the roots, improvise over it, and make sure you have a 5 string for the low notes in the choruses...

Sound weak without.
