First beat of meas. 2 is F-Bb: xx33

Meas. 55 sounds like the E & D are both played with A above; I also don't hear open A after the E.

Meas. 71: Last note is played an octave lower.

Meas 89 etc. sounds like F, C is played on A, D strings. In 89 I don't hear the open A after those 2 notes, just a slide down from ringing F-C.

Last meas. in song: the triplets are D-F-G, D-F#-G#, D-G-F (0h3h5, 0h4h6, 0h5p3). It's easier to hear the guitar but I'd guess the bass matches.

The rest looks good; those were the only differences I noticed on one listen/read-through.

There was a drum transcription along with an interview with Danny Carey in a drummer's mag I saw years ago, and the verse time signature was 5/8 7/8 alternating, not 5/4. The chorus was 6/8 7/8 alternating.
