Anyone know the bass run in the intro? I'm listening to it, but I can't get it, and I don't have a CD to burn it to and put it through my ancient bass trainer to slow it down.

HELP, PLEASE!!

I can't help you with the tab but as far as your outdated method of slowing down a track I may be able to help.

Audacity is a free recording program that also will slow down a track or a part of a track you can also set it to loop so the part that you have highlighted will loop over and over. I have been using this program for about 2 yrs now and for a free program it really is a great tool.

Hope this helps:

The line is a bit fast when I listened to it, but I tabbed what I think I heard. I show it in the key of E but Daughtry tunes down a half step so you'd have to play it a half step down from my tab if you're playing in standard tuning.

Thanks. I have a bass trainer to slow it down, but it's an old one and uses CDs. I had to buy some this weekend and plan on burning the song tonight to use in the trainer. Having this tab to look at will help tremendously.

Thanks again!!!

I clicked on a link from an email, and it took me to the other post, and I didn't even see yours. Sorry about that. Yeah, my trainer is really out of date, so I'm gonna try that site tonight and see how it works. Thanks!!!
