Found it in Powertabs.net (for guitar, bass and keyboard):

Power Tab Editor is a free software that allows you to write tablature AND sheet music. All the transcriptions from the powertabs site come with both notation systems. They're not perfect most of the times, but you can read user comments about the work you're interested on. You can download the Power Tab Editor from here.

Hope this helps.

The files from the Powertabs site come zipped, so you'll need WinZip to open them. It's not free, but the only limitation after finished the trial period is an annoying reminder to purchase. Other than that, it keeps working normally. After opening the zip file, just double click the .ptb file inside. If you've installed Power Tab Editor (the download link is in my previous post), it will open with no problems.
