It's in the Real Book and I've got a prog that shows dots and tabs.
You don't want the whole thing,Ipresume?
Just the tune part?

Do you want the actual tune.or just the bass part?
The bass part is fairly repetitive.

the horn parts would be great seeing as how the bass is so repetitive.

The tritone 'hits' are a bit high but sound cool.
You can always take em down an octave.
Hope that's OK,only quickly proof read em.
