I don't have the tab, but we play this song I play on a 5 string
intro is
Low C-C-G-G#-A-G#-G-C-C
Verse is Eb
Bridge "Somebody get me through this nightmare" Eb-E#-A#
Chorus C-A#-Eb-G

middle break is Ab-F {intro lick fill} low C-Eb
Those are the notes..you'll have to add the count with it..
