hey guys, so I recently picked up a bass just to mix things up abit from drumming and I love it although im very much a beginner I need help with this bass tab

the only tab I can find on the net (on multiple sites) is this one:

http://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/a/a_...o_you_btab.htm

now heres the song so you can actually listen:

‪A Day To Remember - If It Means A Lot To You‬‏ - YouTube (warning theres no bass until about 2-3 mins)

now, correct me if im wrong, but doesnt the bass guitar keep going higher then just staying on the 10th fret? im just really curious cause im trying to learn to listen to bass and I wouldnt know where to start

if anyone can help me out and have a listen and tell me what the bass player is playing that would be amazing

but who knows maybe that tab is right im only a beginner!

(p.s) I think I posted in the wrong forum before, sorry to the mods I didnt realise.

Thanks for your time I appreciate it alot!

Well I only ear two guitars and vocals ... until the 3:00 minutes mark where the bass simply follow the chords progressions. And I can't see the tab... I get and 404error on the web site and so I don't know wich version you choose.
