Yea, I had already tried that one. The only thing that pops up when you click on the txt file is a blank, empty page...no text.

hah my google searching lead me here, which was a bust. No such tab exists anywhere!!!

You're better off picking it off by ear. That way, you'll get an accurate line to play to. I use a Tascam GB 10 that I bought at Guitar Center. It slows down the song in 10% increments. You can also get software fairly cheap that will do the same thing.
