Jimi Hendrix tab

Can anybody figure out the bass line in the ending of the song "Freedom" by Jimi Hendrix? The part after Jimi says, "Keep on pushin..." and then it goes into the outro. I tried learning it but I still haven't gotten a good ear yet so could someone please help me out with this outro part?
