The Mars Volta are well known as being masters of their craft when it comes to the instrumentation on their recordings, so it cames as no small surprise when I found myself dumbstruck trying to figure this song out by ear. Scouring the corners of the web has yielded no results, so I implore you, bass players of the world, to tab this excellent song for me.

That's a video of a guy playing something very close, unfortunately, my computer has no sound and movies stream very slowly on dial up, so I can't really watch it. Any help would be appreciated, and your tabbing such a mighty song will no doubt earn you the respect of your peers!
