How very odd.

Perhaps you need a special .pdf reader for that.

Without intended as a dig against tab...

Standing in the Shadows of Motown has an extremely good transcription of What's Going On in it. It's in standard notation, not tab. It really would be worth your while getting this and working on the transcriptions in it, for more reasons than learning the songs. It will make you into a better player.

I've had the book a couple of weeks and, honestly, I wish I'd got this book years ago. By far the best bass book there is.

Bass Guitar has a great transcription in their recent Jaco issue. You could back-order that.

It's published by Hal Leonard and consists of a biography of Jamerson and 49 transcriptions with two accompanying cds with lots of famous bassists playing Jamerson's lines.
