For Whom The Bell Tolls question

Hi, so I was watching the live with Cliff for For Whom The Bell Tolls that most of you have probably seen before, it has cool intro fills. Anyways I'm trying to figure out some of the fills Cliff uses in this one and have trouble with the one at 0:39 seconds where he appears to be doing D B A over and over again on the D and G strings at the 19 frets, but I can't seem to get the proper pattern. Just doesn't sound right no matter how I organize it. Am I missing a note? or just getting the pattern wrong.

This is what I got to be as close as I can get but still feels kinda wrong.... am I just imagining it?

I have the tab book for the whole album and the Riff-by-Riff book, and both show the same thing. Here's the whole bar - or at least as close as text can get....lol:

I think you got it right but its just hamerons pulloffs on the 19th of G and D thats how i do it

He did it a little different live. I would just do the hammer on pull off thing suggested.

Ah yeah Ive been messing around with that myself its harder then it looks lol. His right hand technique during that solo is amazing. It looks like you have it right, just getting the timing down with your wah pedal and keep at it.
