30th Birthday of our cover band

We celebrated a band milestone at the last couple gigs. I've been playing with the same lead vocalist and drummer since we started the band in 1978. January marked our 30th year together (3 original members including me). We're not playing more than 1-2x/mo these days which pisses me off, but we're all best buds, including the guitard and keyfreak (last 6 years).

We still have a blast playing together. Are best of friends, even though we're separated by about 200 miles.

You're leaving one out in this genre in my opinion. Back in the early 90's we did a cover of Journey's "Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin'......My Johnson!!!!! which invarialby brought the house down with those still cognizent enough to be actively listening, discerning what we were doing, as opposed to everyone else experiencing the numbing quality of oblivion, and going along with the "grind"
