Another Name My Band Thread

It looks like I'll be forming a new band. We'll play mostly old school blues and R&B - laid back, low volume - bass, drums, keys, guitar and sax.

Suggest a name that reflects the genre and laid back style. Thanks.

Fainting Goats - something I have never seen or heard of before but interesting. I thought it would also be a cool name for a band.

Our singer/sax player is named Jim, he's tall and skinny, so I came up with Slim Jim and the Trimtones. Too corny?

"Free Beer No Cover"

This always brings in the crowd.

" The Blind Vanetians" is another one of my favorites.

You make the name, it doesn't make you =)

Whatever you call it can't be much worse than Moby Grape, Strawberry Alarm Clock, Cherry Poppin' Daddies, Led Zeppelin, Iron Butterfly, Pink Floyd, The Beatles...
