Any HTML/Programming urus?

(Should say "Gurus" - Please feel free to fix)

I'm looking specifically for MySpace help. I'm doing pages for a few artists now (self-taught HTML with the aid of code generators), and there's a few things I'm wondering:

a) Is there any way to set items outside of the tables? Images, widgets, embed videos, etc. I'd like this stuff under the General Info table (to the left of the Friend Space) ideally. It just seems like wasted space to me.

b) An artist I'm working for wants a banner at the top of the page with an image of her album, and below it the CDBaby and iTunes logos (hyperlinked to their respective online stores). I've been using some generators but it won't let me use more than one image up top - they just don't get along.

Any ideas?

1) MySpace doesn't work like a conventional HTML page.

2) I'm not trying to be rude, but this is all the info I'm going to give. If you don't understand, you have some reading to do.

There is a way to put things outside of the tables. You'll need to use absolute or relative positioning to do it.

I'd try inserting a nested table with two rows and two data cells; one for the banner and one for the CD Baby link. Here's the problem: MySpace will not allow you to link directly to another page, without passing through a warning page first.

Disclaimer: I'm no expert, but I did sleep at a Holiday Inn Express, last night.

Thanks, I'll see what I can do with this.

Any way around this? If not that's fine.
