Forget the ultimatum. Make sure you get all of your gear out of the practice space, get back anything you've loaned to your band mates, and make sure you've received all of the money to which you are entitled. Then give them what they want: a band without a bass player. Life's too short: Split; you deserve the peace of mind it will bring.

I'm not big on ultimatums either but this is worth trying as a means of asserting a say in the mix:
