Maybe that's just what they told you!

Just kidding.

Musicians are great at communication, right?

I've been in similar situations.

It's quite agitating.

Sorry to hear about it.

We haven't practiced in like... 2 weeks... so i im'd the drummer, asked if we were gonna play anytime soon, he said he didn't think so...

then i talked to the guitar player, he said the band just wasn't going anywhere. "Its 3 ***** in a manage a twa, it just don't work." (please excuse my spelling of that french silliness.)

So... meh...

What I think happened is that they are now playing with some kid that they rag on all the time...

But, I don't care. I've been working on this other thing with a friend of mine for the last month or so.... its bass, guitar, drum loops, weird vocal loops... and star wars. ya. its great.

So, basically... I couldn't care less.

I wanna hear this star wars stuff...and be glad! Things happen for a reason. You're probably better off with the new thing.

Well, I was more or less in this band because the guitar player is a very good friend of mine... I was just doing him a favor. And hey, what do you expect from a couple of unreliable 16 year olds?

I was never really "into" it... I was just going through the motions.

So, I wish them nothing but good luck...

Meanwhile, I see this as my opportunity to dive into a new music scene and get the ladies.
