So we just fired our co-founder/drummer of 7 years. That story will be in an edited version of this post which will be much longer.
Major problem is a HUGE show coming up on Friday. Our biggest yet.

We got a new one on Saturday, who's much older than we are and quite committed.

Problem: I can't get in touch with him. We've practiced once and he knows the material, but he's too busy to answer my calls. It's too late to drop out of the show.

Anyone have any advice?

UPDATE: he was too busy because Neo-Nazis broke into his home studio and stole $50,000 worth of instruments and recording equipment. They spraypainted swastikas on the door and nailed neo-nazi paraphernalia to the walls. They broke all the windows of his car and messed things up for some of his friends.

He's Jewish and he just moved here. The police won't do anything because the police in this state are undertrained, underpaid, and overworked.

probably is. Anyway, on the upside he'll be making it to our show.

I encourage GA residents to come out and show your support.
