Anyone read this book?

http://www.harpercollins.com/books/9...ism/index.aspx

It's a sort of "self help" book for Rock bands written by what appears to be a British rock and roll journalist. It seems to hit the nail on the head. at least from my limited experience in a band. Anyway, I searched and only found passing mention of it in one thread, but it seems pretty relevant to the disturbed topic of band management. The part about personality types as they relate to what position you play in a band absolutely nails our band.

Anyway, I'm halfway through it and thought other people mind find it interesting.

ha... I got that book as a gift. And yeah all the stuff in there that he said would happen according to the personality types happend in one of my bands. It has some good insights.... some of the other stuff is very toungue in cheek though.
