Person that books the gig. 10% off the top.
Paying a sound guy(most often more than 10%)
If only the singers are going through the PA, then maybe the person with the PA should get a cut from them. Maybe a cut off the top.

I always take expenses out such as Gas, booking, and PA first then split evenly. But in these cases everyone is going through the PA.

It should be a group decision. The person could always say "Then we can rent a PA when we need it, and I will keep mine at home where it wont get hurt/broken/used"
