My bands web page is hosted by Bandzoogle. We've been pretty happy with them for the last few years, but I just heard about something and was wondering if anyone else has had this issue.
It seems that Bandzoogle did something seemingly innocuous, like update something on their site. I assume it was regular maintenance on their part.
The problem is that our band calendar got all flummoxed from about June 09 until the end of the year. We've done a few bookings based on bar owners calling and saying that they see we have such and such date free, and lo and behold, they may not really be free.
So now we have to call all the venues we regularly play and find out what they have us down for and fix any double bookings that may have occurred.
Has anyone else had this happen??

You may want to keep it all 'under one umbrella', so to speak, and that's fine - but if it is having issues, you may want to check out, for example, google calendar, or something like that. |

Bookings are not my area of expertise, but it's going to be a P.I.T.A. to try to find out where we're playing, and who booked us first.

I already got a domain, and am considering just doing the web work myself, once and for all. |

Completely off topic Phalex, we had an awesome Sat. There was a line inside the bar for alcohol. Mary said that was how it used to be and she hadn't seen it like that since at least Sept. She said she'd reccomend us to Mike
Last night we brought our crowd in there and it was keeping her staff so busy she asked us to tear down the tables on the dance floor and start 10 min late. We joked about it and she replied "Yeah I have to start hiring bands that suck."
I talked business with her for a few. I don't care what anybody says, I like her.

And yes, I was a little dismayed when he said he had to call people to find out where we're playing. He has all the little electronic gadets that keep track of stuff for you, and I can't believe they weren't in one of them. Ah well, live and learn.
Off topic: I actually heard about Conspiracy Theory from some people that came out to see us Saturday Mike. Sounds like you had a packed house, and you even got lucky with the weather. (It always snow like hell when we're down there.) I like Mary too, just don't **** around with her, and she's a pussy cat. Piss her off, and she's a tiger with PMS!
