I've got a practice at three and I'm announcing my departure. I've got reasons ready and an offer to play out scheduled gigs and help ease the transition to the next bassist, but I'm afraid it's going to be ugly. Any last minute advice for me? |

| | | Just tell them that "It's not you, it's me... because I really don't like playing with you."
+1 to showing up drunk also. |

It might have gone so smoothly because only 3 out of 5 of us were at practice.
Time to start looking for a new band I guess. |

Time to start looking for a new band I guess. | So there was only 1 guy left in the room who was staying in the band?
Ha!
Sorry but that's hilarious!

I hang out on both bass and drum forums, and I keep waiting for the day that I witness matching gripe posts. |

I once saw a post where someone was griping about his band and talking about how bad he was treated, and his guitarist inadvertently posted on there and said he shouldn't put up with that kind of stuff from the band, and the original guy posted back and was like "Well your the main cause of all this." They didn't post after that what happened. |
