Chords and Lyrics: Edit in the Cloud/on the Web?

I have experimented with OnSong and SongPro for lyrics/chord charts, and they are terrific except they both use DropBox as the source for online files. The files on DropBox can't be directly edited the way, for example, GoogleDocs can, and (most crucially) they also cannot be group-edited as GoogleDocs can.

During rehearsals and solo practice, I want to be able to create/edit songs, alter the lyrics and the chords (and the specific placement of the latter) using some kind of standard markup. I believe such a thing already exists, e.g., {t:Honky Tonk Woman} for the Rolling Stones' song with the title (hence the "t") Honky Tonk Woman. And most importantly, I want all of my band members to be able to make changes and have those changes recursively executed on the server so that everyone is working with the most up-to-the-minute version of the song.

Is there a way to do this?
