and then...

"What song is it you wanna hear?"

The full 10 minutes of Freebird, played like our lives depend on it
LOVE that you guys are doing Theory of a Deadman!!! I was trying to push my last band toward some of their material. We were aiming to blend all different eras like you're doing.

here's our list:
SOS- Aerosmith
Lord of the Thighs- Aerosmith
Walking the Dog -Aerosmith
Gimme Back my Bullets- Skynyrd
On the Hunt- Skynyrd
Call Me the Breeze -Skynyrd
Love Removal Machine -The Cult
Heavy -Collective Soul
Jealous Again- Black Crowes
Brown Sugar- Stones
Hey baby- Nugent
Always On The Run- L Kravitz
All Right Now- Free
Green Eyed Lady- Sugarloaf
Spooky- Atlanta Rhythm Section
Locomotive Breath- J Tull
American Band- Grand Funk Railroad
Mr Crowley- Ozzy
Train Train- Blackfoot
Free For All- Nugent
Open Invitation- Santana

We were also in the process of revamping the list because our keyboard player just left so several of these songs were on their way to the back burner unless and until we found a new keyboard player.

We were getting ready to add:
Tightrope- SRV
Pride and Joy SRV
Good Lovin Gone Bad- Bad Co
Movin On- Bad Co
Long Long Way from Home- Foreigner

The singer also wanted to add Santeria but I HATE that song. I know it works live because a buddy's band played it and people liked it but personally, I'm no reggae player.

But then the singer went all d-bag on me so I just left that band just this week.

So the next set list i'll have will be all modern country covers because I'm shifting gears bigtime.
