What is your take on pay?
My position regardless of the circumstance is you should get an equal cut.
Blue | Well, we usually play for 90-120 minutes and get $500.00 on average. We split it equally between the five of us.

Besides, I was merely reusing Bassbully's fine point about us being like "linebackers" and adding "quarterback" to the idea to enlarge the point in a (hopefully) non-boring (read: too much non-bass detail!) way... I didn't actually state that a linebacker plays on the field with a quarterback.
mkay? | Relax...... I said I got your analogy. I agreed with you enough to expand on your analogy. |

I personally reject that notion, I'm much more than a " bass player"
I'm Mr. Rock & Roll.

Band culture was different for my generation. I feel differently about a lot of band and player protocol and I probably think I'm a lot more than what I actually am.
But the answer is "no" I'm not kidding.

No, I'm not a "Rock Star" , I'm Mr. Rock & Roll. There's a big difference.
