Have an Audition on Thursday..

Sign in to disble this ad
The only problem is that they gave me 5 songs to learn, 2 of which í've never heard before.
I downloaded them, and listened to them a bunch.
I could just learn the basslines note for note, but i know its going to be more of a jamming setting then "Exactly like the CD".
So The only thing im worried about is transcribing the chord changes incorrectly.
Is there anyplace to find chord changes online to prepare for this meeting?

The tunes are
1. Good Times, Bad Times - Led Zeppelin - Which i already know

2. Higher Ground - RHCP - I know aswell.

3. I got a line on you - Spirit - need to learn

4. Hello, i love you - The doors - edit - just learned this one. - not tough at all

5. Lonely No More - Rob Thomas - need to learn

Sorry if this is the wrong thread for this.

I would say try writing them out. Thats helping you spend more time studying them and internalizing the songs. Even if you have the bare basic breakdown of the chords that will do the trick.
