Help Rename My Band!

Hey all,

our band just signed away our freedom to a management/production company, and the suggested, and we have been trying for a while, to get a new name. at

so we have come to a complete roadblock as far as names go for my funk band (Mohney and the Groovemachine isnt cutting it anymore) and thought it would be interesting to see what you guys could come up with. we are trying to get something catchy and original, but it seems when we try to think of a name, we cant think of anything good.

here is some music that we did, sorry for the bad live recordings, it was a while ago!

http://groovemachine.biz/files/35448755.mp3

http://groovemachine.biz/files/35448740.mp3

jokingly we have come up with:

Four Undiscovered Nerdy Kids or F.U.N.K
or my personal favorite
Morning Funk Missiles and the Vulcan Television

sadly, those are also the two front runners.

thanks
Grant

Seriously, I don't think that the word funk, or any spelling variation thereof, should appear in a band name. Generally speaking, if you have to tell someone that you're funky, you probably aren't.

We had a Wii Rock Band charity competition at work recently, and one of the groups named their band "Suspicious Package". I thought that name was pretty good.
