. Why, I couldn't fathom going overboard with performance!! Not me, in a million years!! I've put carbon fiber hood, trunk lid, side mirrors, lower lip, etc., on the ground effects and such. And, that's just the outside of the car. I have WELL OVER $1,500.00 just in the exhaust. And, when it comes to the ceramic brakes & suspension, FORGET ABOUT IT. The brakes are so good, that your brains will shoot thru your forehead when I mash 'em. It breaks my heart to even think about the money spent, until I get behind the wheel, that is.
My first cousin has a 2012 ZR1, with minimal mods, (600+RWHP!) and needless to say, I can toy with him. And, that just kills him. It's all about the weight-to HP ratio.
I'm single, no kids (My very biggest regret), due to an illness. I'd give up EVERY, SINGLE, SOLITARY ITEM, including my home, to be blessed with a child. Oh, well. Until then (fingers crossed) my M5 will be my baby.....

And, one more thing. Why is it that I can pull the trigger on a ride like that, but yet, I haven't purchasedany new gear in 15 years, or so?
