how to Incorporate your band

So I've been reading up on how to do about this process. Can anyone give me some insight on this one? I'm wanting to Incorporate so that we can start treating our profits as business profits and receive some of the benefits of being a corporation. Deductions for business related expenses(gear, travel, etc.). Any Input is appreciated here.

You should really talk to a lawyer about this. A corporation may not be the best vehicle for your band "business".
