well i posted an ad online in a last ditched effort to try and find a band around here, around 19 hours ago i posted my last request i just got a reply from a group of guys looking for a bass player!!

i cant wait to see what these guys are like, if i get in it will only be my second band ever!

Man 19 hours and one reply... is that good in Trepassey? Around here it might take an hour to get one reply and then I'd get a whole pile of offers. But, I'd probably also not want to play with any of them.

*st. john's, and hell of a lot more then i expected considering there were 5 other people looking for bands on there were only 2 bass players.

same around here. 10 responses and if I want to play with any of them it's fairly surprising. "We're all in our late teens, early 20s.... xxxxcore... serious... practice 3x's a week." Any paying gigs? nope. next.
