| Just left a band - bittersweet...

I just left one of the 2 bands I play with - the Americana band Roots 66.
I just don't have time for 2 bands. I barely have time for one (career, family, another major hobby).
But it's a good band, with great vocals and musicians who are sensitive to one another and the music, and that's not something that happens in every band. It was also a band that was very supportive of me, vocally, and that's an area that I'm really enjoying developing.
It's been coming - been a month since we've played, and a month before that time, just getting our schedules together was very tough. So it's the right thing to do, and we handled it like adults (no drama, no screaming, just played some more songs and said goodbye). But even though it's the right thing for me to do, it's bittersweet. I know some of you understand.
