MySpace Friend Request Thread...

*Mods, hope this if the right forum. I did a search but couldn't find a come-one-come-all thread. Please move if needed.*

Finally decided to get off my duff and create a "demo page" where I can refer local folks to, ones looking for bass-for-hire type stuff. Still need to shorten the songs, but I'd welcome any friend requests from the TB Community.

And please post your MS links too - this could be a good thread for sharing ideas, layouts, etc.

Yeah, Myspace can be very cool, but I think that for the most part it can be a huge waste of time. I have a page with tons of friends, and I post gigs stuff and not very many people check it. in fact I get a lot of friend requests all the time, which I think it's good, but it's usually people trying to sell stuff, or support a local club, etc. I think it works for guys that are already famous and post blogs, stuff. But for me, just a working musician... not so much.
Interesting enough, i got more women trying to hook up with me than gigs! LOL
