Hi, I've been in a band for quite some time and we keep changing band names. We either think their cheesy or boring or stupid but we want one that will stick. I was wondering if any of you guys have any suggestions for a band name. ie words that are cool etc. We want to make a myspace and we dont have a name also .
We're a Rock/Funk/Metal Band and I'd like it to be 1-2 words. Thanks |

Some big bands have names that some would consieder odd if you really think about it...ex. The Beatles, The Who, ect. you just have to make it mean something. Having said that here are some band names I came up with on the spot.
Watch Watchers
Speed Stick (yes the deodorant)
Pocket Knife
Blank CD
All would be cool in the context of a good band, IMO. |

go daddy
hep daddy
24 hrs
harddrive
Dot dot dot
Uncle Joe
Maybe
The Rhythm Method
Right U R
The Standards
Spam rock
super dave
Spinal tap references:
Hookstratten
None more black
Mach
Crushed by a dwarf
Shark Sandwich
Saucy Jack
I have about 100+ more if you dare ask.

Also, whenever you think of a name, google that bad boy to make sure a band doesn't already have it. There are like a million bands out there. |
