Need some help/ advice

Hey guys, My band (myspace.com/eternalassaulttheband
has a gig coming up at the end of the month. just a small get together, about 100 kids with 2 other bands. herein lays the problem. We only have one song so far, we have a drum track but we still need to mix it in, and we havent practiced once.

Me, my lead guitarist, rhythm and bass player will be writing some new stuff tommorow, so we'll have 2 songs at that point. the other problems are: We need a drum kit for our practice space (Drummers kits are too expensive to move to jam space) and we havent practiced much with our drummer.
We're probaly going to cover these songs for the gig:
Knee Deep: Job For A Cowboy
Disciple: Slayer
Altered From Catechization: Job For A Cowboy

So what I'm asking you, TB members is
1: what should i do about the drum situation (we have about 150 in the kitty, about 200 when we sell a chorus pedal)
2: suggestions for covers.
3: We havent practiced with the drummer yet but we know he can drum pretty good, so thats not an issue. but none of us can drive so practice with all of us is hard, any suggestions for ways to get together?

you can get a cheap Sound Percussion kit for like 300 at GC, look around used as well. I know a kid who got a 5 piece kit (beat up) for 80 bucks.

Anyways, you guys gotta get together and practice at least a few times before the show. You may know he is a good drummer, but do you know if he is a good drummer with you guys?

I'm a drummer first, bassist second (sorry guys and gals), so I know my stuff here. If you sell the chorus, you'll have enough for a Cannon Adder beginner kit, arguably one of the cheapest drum kits out there that is still good. In fact, it's a far better kit than most twice its price, and it includes cymbals. alternatively, you could get a Traps kit. They're more expensive than the cannon adler, but they're acoustic drums made to be portable, the toms and kick are about three inches wide. They ca easily be carried around by one person. As for your drummer, you need to practice with him, grooves between basststs and drummers is vastly improved when you can read each other quickly.
